IFTTT is one of my favorite tools to automate social media marketing.

How does IFTTT work?

IFTTT connects two different services together so that an action on one service triggers an action on other.

Once you create your free account on IFTTT, you can start connecting the services.  IFTTT currently supports 250+ services (they call it channels).
